FlowFoundry Holding Content Licensing Agreement
This document sets forth the terms and conditions under which content created by FlowFoundry Holding ("Company") through the Flowments application ("App") is made available to users ("Users").
1. Content Ownership and Usage
1.1 The Company exclusively owns all content created through the App, including audio recordings, voice simulations, and digital media ("Content").
1.2 Users are granted a limited license to use the Content for personal, commercial, or educational purposes. However, modifying, altering, or creating derivative works from the Content is strictly prohibited.
2. Voice Sources and Licensing
2.1 The voice of Jenny Dioco ("Artist") is used in some of the Content. When using this Content, Users must credit the Artist by name in any public or commercial use.
2.2 Other voices in the Content are generated using public domain sources from the Mozilla Common Voice Datasets. These sources are covered under the Creative Commons Zero (CC0) 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication, ensuring their free use and distribution. 2.3 The proprietary AI tool of the Company processes these public domain voices to create unique voice simulations, which are part of the Content covered under this Agreement.
3. Restrictions and Limitations
3.1 Users are expressly forbidden from modifying or editing the Content.
3.2 The license granted here does not extend to patent or trademark rights, nor to any other rights such as publicity or privacy rights.
3.3 The Company disclaims all warranties related to the Content and is not liable for its use beyond the scope of this license.
3.4 Users must not imply endorsement by the Artist, creators of the Mozilla Common Voice Datasets, or the Company.
3.5 The use of the Content may be subject to additional legal restrictions, including but not limited to data protection, image rights, and privacy laws.
4. Affirmer
4.1 The "Affirmer" is the Company, holding rights to the work and content created through the App.
5. Citation and Credit
5.1 Proper citation of the Company and credit to the Artist (if applicable) is required in any publication, display, or commercial use of the Content.
